You may return full priced items within fourteen (14) days of the date you receive your purchase. Sale items are not eligible for return; however, we will accept the return of sale products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within seven (7) days from the date you receive your purchase.  Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect sale product to you will also be accepted for return within seven (7) days from the date you receive your purchase.  All returned items must be unworn and in original condition with original tags and packaging.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  To initiate a return, please email shop@maisiewilen.com.  We will endeavor to reply to your request within forty-eight (48) hours.
